Joe currently serves as co-counsel in a nation-wide class action against UnitedHealth Group filed in the Spring of 2008. UnitedHealth Group is one of America's largest health insurers, and the complaint alleges, inter alia, unlawful refusal to pay for spinal decompression therapy and unlawful use and manipulation of the United-owned Ingenix database to reimburse insureds for out-of-network physical therapy services at depressed rates, all in violation of ERISA.

Consumer Victims of Debt Collector Misconduct Sought
The Law Office of Joseph Creitz is also looking for consumers who have been the victims of debt collectors pursuing "zombie debts" (debts you thought were dead, but came back to haunt you), in anticipation of a possible federal class action under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA), and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO").
